Erin K Stapleton is a roustabout academic, researcher and writer, armed with a PhD in philosophy-adjacent thought from The London Graduate School at Kingston University in the United Kingdom. But don’t let the exotic qualification fool you, she’s not English, she’s Australian. She wishes she was French.

She is precariously employed to teach at the University of Melbourne, and when she has time, writes about gender, sexuality and feminism, as well as continental philosophy, and occasionally culture (particularly when it appears on easily consumable screens).

She is also completing a Juris Doctor with Monash University, because why not have a fourth degree in the arsenal?
